Vinci Real FII acquires stake in Ribeirão Shopping

08/25/2020 Vinci Real Estate Gestora de Recursos, informed last Monday (24), that it acquired the real estate fraction of 3.83% of the original Ribeirão Shopping project, in Ribeirão Preto, in the State of São Paulo.
The newly acquired stake strategically positions the Fund in assets and can be expanded with potential future acquisitions of the same mall.
It acquired R$25.8 million on this date, and the Fund is now entitled to the mall's cash result effectively immediately.
