Vitacon, a real estate developer working to reinvent the city, will adopt a hybrid model of work for the post-pandemic. At the beginning of social distancing measures, the company joined a remote work regime, reduced by half the work positions in its newly opened headquarters, a retrofitted building on Haddock Lobo street, Jardim Paulista, which has more decompression and meeting areas. With the change, Vitacon's facilities went from a corporate slab measuring 628 square meters, with 75 jobs, to a building measuring 526 square meters and 34 positions. The new space also has a café open to the city, a brand experience store, with a unit decorated according to the concept of innovation and digital interfaces for self-service information about its projects. The office opened this July.
