With a vocation for last-mile operations, Bresco Osasco allows different uses

With almost 30,000 m², the asset can meet different demands, from last-mile operations to the accommodation of administrative teams. Located in the Metropolitan Region of Osasco, Bresco Osasco is included in the mapping carried out by SiiLA as a stock in the Barueri region.

During the visit, Giancarlo Nicastro (CEO of SiiLA) interviewed Fernando Pereira, Director of Engineering at Bresco, and Danilo Biajoli, Relationship Manager with customers and leases at the company. In the chat, which you will soon see in an exclusive video, the executives told more details about the venture, tenants' differentials, and region choice.

"The concept we created here, of the docks being below the mezzanine, is precisely to serve last-mile operations. We have 55 docks, and this mezzanine allows operation even on rainy days," said Biajoli.

Sustainability and flexibility were also important topics addressed in the interview, as well as the performance of Bresco's assets and plans for the future. "Our goal is to double in size, and we are analyzing other regions. We already have Bresco Contagem, and we will have Bresco Minas Gerais. The idea is to continue growing, not only within the state of São Paulo", added the Bresco executive.
