WeWork coworking vouchers want to facilitate hybrid work for companies

Over the past two years, employee demand and strategies for retaining talent have changed the world of benefits considerably. With the home office, incentives to pay electricity and internet bills appeared, in addition to the office voucher offered by companies for employees to buy items such as a chair and notebook support. With many companies redefining their work regimes, especially the hybrid model, the field of benefits takes on new contours.

Observing the employee's behaviour from both sides of the global chain of coworking spaces, WeWork created a voucher that entitles them to use any of the brand's 700 offices worldwide. The product is aimed at companies, even those that are not permanent members of the network, to offer it as a benefit to their employees and was developed based on the voucher model that the company already provided to its own employees.
