WTorre gets partners to launch a real estate complex with Carrefour

The developer WTorre is closing partnerships and is finally getting ready to start one of the largest real estate projects planned for the coming years in the south zone of São Paulo. The complex will have a shopping centre and three towers at Marginal Pinheiros with a market overall sales value of R$1.3 billion.

Eztec bought one tower from WTorre to build a high-end residential. Another unit stayed with the JFL, for mixed-use. The third tower's sale is still pending, which promises to be one of the city's largest corporate buildings with over 200 meters high.
