Recently, XP Asset announced to Estadão that it is launching a fund worth R$ 500 million to develop real estate projects. Also, according to the report, the manager plans to sell the developments after construction.

It will be XP's 17th real estate fund, with investments in warehouses, some residential projects in São Paulo, and the renovation and revitalization of old buildings, which may be used commercially or residentially. In the warehouse segment, the new fund will target less disputed regions than São Paulo.

Also, according to the report, Pedro Carraz, manager of real estate business at XP Asset, and Gabriel Paz, manager of development funds, are leading the project.
