After returning five of its ten office floors in the capital of São Paulo, towards a permanent remote work scheme, XP bought furniture to donate to its 3,000 employees. The company launched an online platform for them to choose from desks, cabinets, chairs, and lamps, sorted by size, model, and colour.

According to Lucas Aguiar, responsible for HR products at XP, the action is part of the work safety package and was designed as a way to prepare for the measures that the government should implement for people working from home. The furniture follows the ergonomics regulation of the Ministry of Labour.

In the shift to remote work, which has been dubbed "XP from anywhere," the company has hired professionals from other states and launched a virtual happy hour with appetizer delivery for employees.

Among the measures implemented since the beginning of the pandemic, they have also created a psychological support channel and provided an annual allowance of R$ 1,800 for work-from-home expenses.
