XP Infra has at the heart of its real estate exploration strategy at Campo de Marte (SP) and Jacarepaguá (RJ) airports the construction of logistics warehouses for deliveries to last-mile retailers, BTS buildings (Built to Suit) for specific business operations and hangar retrofit.

These assets were acquired in 2022 for R$ 141.1 million in an auction held by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).

However, the total investment will be around R$ 278 million, including amounts related to Infraero's voluntary resignation plan and reimbursements of studies carried out for the offer, both foreseen in the notice.

After payment of the grant and signing the contract, XP will have to invest another R$ 100 million in the first 36 months to implement improvements in the airport infrastructure of the two locations. The concession is valid for 30 years.
