On Friday (5), the XP LOG real estate investment fund announced in a material fact a sale and purchase commitment for the acquisition of 5.5% of the expansion area of the logistics complex leased by Leroy Merlin, located at Km 34 on the Rodovia dos Bandeirantes, in Cajamar (SP). The transaction value for the area will be R$ 80,069,771.33.

According to the statement, it will add 21,348.77 sq meters to the land plot, which, according to data from the SiiLA platform, already has more than 110,000 sq meters. The expansion area work is expected to be delivered in the last quarter of 2022.
