05/19/2021 XP LOG informed through a relevant fact issued on Tuesday (18) the acquisition of the totality of Warehouses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Warehouse 1 and Storages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Warehouse 2.
The developments are located in the Queimados / Seropédica region, in Rio de Janeiro, classified as A +.
Golgi Seropédica and its expansion have sustainability certification, with 78,845 square metres of the total area for the first and 241 thousand square metres of the total area for expansion.
Golgi Seropédica is currently leased to B2W.
