12/28/2020 FII Cyrela Thera Corporate announced that Ri Happy will be the new tenant on the 16th floor of Thera Corporate, previously rented by International Paper.
Ri Happy leased the total area of the 16th floor for 60 months from the 1st of January 2021. According to the statement, the lease negotiation includes a “grace period and discounts in line with what is practiced in the region”.
