WeWork survey shows the importance of offices for Latin Americans

Study shows that 97% of Latin American specialists consider that offices, in the post-pandemic period, have become even more space for integration and development.

The research entitled "Beyond the hybrid revolution: the paradox of flexible work in Latin America" by WeWork, in partnership with Page Outsourcing, was carried out to better understand the reality of flexibility in offices in Latin America.The study shows that 97% of Latin American specialists consider that offices, in the post-pandemic period, have become even more space for integration and development.

End-of-year flexibility

In addition, professionals are increasingly looking for flexible workplace space, especially at this time of year.

"The demand for multiple spaces has grown, where teams can work during the day and celebrate at the end with a happy hour or a more elaborate celebration," says Diogo Kühner, Head of Events at WeWork.

According to the company, 47% of customers are large companies slowly returning to offices in the hybrid model. Still, according to WeWork, its spaces are at 85% occupancy.
