A project started ten years ago and spent half of that time blocked by environmental issues.
Five towers with 46 floors each, on a plot of more than 200,000 square metres, will also include a shopping centre, a university, and a hospital in the city of São Paulo.
It will be Parque Global, a project under construction by the Bueno Netto group in the Morumbi neighbourhood, in the south of the city of São Paulo, and sold by the developer Benx.
The venture has, among its partners, the American giant Related, owned by billionaire Jorge Pérez (read an interview with the entrepreneur: Rei dos Condos de Miami reveals plans in Brazil).
