The average office rental price in Belo Horizonte remains down

According to data released by SiiLA Brasil, a real estate research platform, the value of properties destined for office leasing in Belo Horizonte has fallen by R$5.98, since June 2019. Currently, the average price is R$64.88 per square meter.
This reduction reflects a bustling market for new leases - 7,414 gross absorptions in all - that could not overcome the volume of returns, causing the so-called net absorption, which corresponds to the negative balance between inflows and outflows.
