B2W rents FII warehouse in Resende

The market for logistics condominiums is keeping itself busy in the country. This week, the BRCO11 - Bresco Logística FII fund confirmed in a relevant fact a new lease agreement with B2W Digital at Galpão Isolated - Presidente Dutra Highway, km 298 (FM Logistics). As a result, the e-commerce company will control 100% of the property in the Vale do Paraíba Fluminense region in Rio de Janeiro.
B2W's lease agreement has a three-year term, starting immediately, and an annual adjustment according to the accumulated positive variation of the IPCA / IBGE (Extended Consumer Price Index).
