Last Saturday (11), Zimba Empreendimentos inaugurated its newest logistics complex, Zimba Castelo Branco, located in the city of Araçariguama, in São Paulo. With 22,197 sq metres, a class A+ property development consists of two modular warehouses.

Located at km 44 of the Presidente Castelo Branco highway, the Zimba logistics condominium is based 25 km from the Rodoanel, 30 km from the capital of São Paulo and 35 km from the Anhanguera highway.

The property began to be developed in July 2018, taking into account all the initial stages, with earthmoving only starting in August 2020. This is the second undertaking by Zimba, which is also responsible for Zimba Dom Pedro I, yet another of a high standard, located in Itatiba (SP).

In all, the development has a dock ratio of 740:1, 12 meters in height, and the floor supports up to 6 tons per square meter. On-site, there is an administrative building with a restaurant, cafeteria and meeting rooms, in addition to a helipad.

With an eye on tenants looking more and more closely at environmental issues, the property is equipped with two chargers for electric vehicles, and its roof is prepared to receive photovoltaic panels. The land has 50 thousand sq metres, and according to Zimba, more than 50% of the area has been preserved.

According to SiiLA's Market data for the third quarter of 2021, from Analytics platform, the Barueri region, where the project is located, is among the five most extensive in the State of São Paulo, surpassing 1 million square metres of high-end logistics condominiums and it has a low vacancy within the state average.
