Bluemacaw purchases LPG Jandira I and II for R$162 million

06/25/2021 FII Bluemacaw Logística, informed through a Relevant Fact, on 18th of June, the acquisition of the GLP Jandira I and II logistics condominiums.
The Class B projects are located in the State of São Paulo, in Jandira, Barueri. Unit 1 is fully leased to the GE Oil & Gas Group, and Unit 2 is leased to Recall SP (Iron Mountain), Premix Brasil, World Mix Resinas and Hyde Alimentos.
The total value of the operation was of R$162 million.
