BR Properties closes the acquisition deal of a tower in Parque da Cidade.

BR Properties S.A. completed the acquisition of Torre Corporativa Aroeira, which is part of Condomínio Parque da Cidade. With a gross leasable area (GLA) of 45,600 square meters, the project was acquired for R$664.8 million. The company also already has a pre-lease agreement that corresponds to 31% of the tower's area, which comprises 14.1 thousand square meters.

The operation strengthens BR Properties' strategy of consolidating its portfolio in "Triple-A" assets, in the key regions of the city of São Paulo. "Our objective is to identify opportunities in which it is possible to capture the potential of the assets, through our management of leases and properties, generating shareholder value", says André Bergstein, CFO of BR Properties.
