Bravve aims to grow in leasing hybrid type of offices

The “proptech” BoxOffice Soluções em Mobilidade, in which Tecnisa has a 25% stake, changed its name to Bravve. The change is part of the strategies for the startup to become a low-cost workspace rental platform in São Paulo, with a growth projection for the hybrid work model.
Bravve's rental portfolio will include properties that were part of BoxOffice's portfolio before the deal with Tecnisa, shared workstations under development by the developer under the WorkPod brand and third-party spaces connected to the platform. Companies operating in the "coworking" segment can also be connected. "The aim is for Bravve to be the Airbnb of the offices", according to the president of Tecnisa, Joseph Nigri.
