Kantar Ibope Media released the study "Black Friday and E-commerce at the heart of the game", which shows the priorities of Brazilians when shopping online. The survey showed that almost nine out of ten Brazilian users look for information about the product on the internet before shopping online.

This behavior tends to intensify in the last quarter of 2022 due to the World Cup, Black Friday, and the holidays. The study also shows that 75% of Brazilians usually shop online, with 29% claiming to buy something online every week.

But what makes a consumer choose to buy online? According to Kantar, the main reasons, with 54% of the responses, are the price, fast delivery (34%), and how easy is to find products (27%), in addition to the variety of payment methods (22%), fees and delivery (21%).
