The Bresco Logística Fund has 11 properties, of which 30% are distribution centers and 70% of the last mile. The projects are mainly distributed in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia, and Rio de Janeiro.
The fund has in its portfolio clients such as GPA, Magazine Luiza, Mercado Livre, DHL, Carrefour, Natura, and B2W.
Currently, the Bresco Bahia project, where Mercado Livre is based, is expanding by 2,497, 60 square meters of a gross built area about to be delivered.
Located in Lauro de Freitas, the class A + development is located close to the International Airport of Salvador and has easy access to Camaçari and Salvador's cities.
The company issued a statement showing a total investment of R$7.2 million.
