Brinox Metalúrgica renews its lease agreement at NewPort Log Caxias do Sul

Newport Real Estate informed through a Material Fact that it entered into a new lease agreement on July 2, 2021, for the entire gross leasable area of NewPort Log Caxias do Sul, located in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul.
The lessee, who already occupied the project, is Brinox Metalúrgica, and the contract has a 10-year term beginning on May 19, 2021, and ending on May 18, 2031.
