Brookfield expects to complete three new logistics parks in 2022
- R$523 million were invested in two projects in Guarulhos and another R$346 million in Barueri.

04/15/2021 According to the company's projections, the three new logistics parks that are part of an investment package of almost R$870 million made by Brookfield in São Paulo last year should finish the constructions by the third quarter 2022.
R$523 million were invested in two projects in Guarulhos and another R$346 million in Barueri. With the new logistics parks, the Canadian company says it will more than double the 200,000 square metres it owns today. The e-commerce boom during the pandemic increased the demand for logistics infrastructure.
