BTG Pactual Logística signs two lease agreements

BTG Pactual signed two lease agreements for its BTLG Jundiaí warehouse for Fagron BR, a pharmaceutical company customised for hospitals, pharmacies, doctors and patients with an area of 10,759 square metres.
In addition, the fund concluded a lease for the company MadeiraMadeira, which was already present in the project due to its e-commerce operation in São Paulo. The occupation of the property now reaches 92%.
