CCP acquired the 4th floor of Edifício Faria Lima Financial Center

Cyrela Comercial Properties (CCP) reported yesterday that it had completed the acquisition of the 4st floor of the Faria Lima Financial Center building for R$77.1 million. Colorado Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda carried out the operation. A company whose capital is shared between the company and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Each partner owns 50% of Colorado.
