Center Norte will get a 10% increase in GLA (Gross Leasable Area) and 30 more stores, as well as parking lots and open areas.The Lar Center, aimed at household items, furniture, decoration and design, should receive reinforcement in gastronomy with the arrival of brands such as Pobre Juan and Paris 6. The works are expected to be finished by September next year.
Shopping Center Norte, delivered in 1984, was the first in the north of the city. It currently has 66,095 sq metres of GLA and more than 300 stores, with tenants such as Renner, C&A, Centauro and others. According to the GROCS platform, it is ranked B, and today, its occupancy rate is above 95%.Lar Center, a class B project delivered in 1987, has 51,168 sq metres of GLA and over 100 stores.
