The office mapping conducted by SiiLA Brasil in the first quarter of 2021 found that with 1,554,963 square metres, the Chucri Zaidan region has the largest number of square metres mapped in São Paulo, considering the Class A +, A and B developments in CBDs regions. Next in the ranking of the largest square metres offers by region are: Faria Lima with 1,210,540 square metres and Berrini 1,033,035 square metres.Among Chucri Zaidan's total inventory, 727,214 square metres are only high-end developments, totalling 28 class A + and A buildings. There are several excellent developments in the city, such as Rochaverá Corporate Towers, WTorre Morumbi, EZ Towers and Parque da City.
The region is also known for hosting companies such as Grupo Globo, Vivo, Amil and BB Mapfre, these being the largest occupants in the region.
