Tokenisation has emerged as a new way to invest in the real estate market. The idea is to transform the real asset into a digital one.
With an eye on this market, construction company Sudoeste, specializing in high-end projects in Minas Gerais, launched a 100% tokenized project this month.It is the first of its kind in the country.
