Developer opens outlet unit to sell fractions of Hard Rock hotel

The developer VCI, which has a partnership with Hard Rock Hotels to bring the brand's projects to Brazil and sell them in the multi-property format, will open points of sale in outlet malls to attract customers.
The first units will be in premium outlets in Salvador and Brasília. Under the sales model, the client buys a fraction of the property to use during specific dates of the year.
