Direcional Engenharia and XP Inc see great growth potential for the real estate loan startup Direto, although they do not disclose targets for the volume of funds to be moved in the coming years. Earlier, the companies announced that XP acquired 49.9% of Direto, born in Direcional. The transaction amount was not informed.

The startup's activities will cover properties of all income groups across the country. The intention is that Direto expands the offer of credit to customers, interconnecting the parties involved in purchasing the property, sale and financing.
