Discover the Delta Plaza retrofit

Following our special series on some buildings that underwent retrofit, it's time for Delta Plaza, a property initially delivered in 1993.

Located in the west zone of São Paulo, the building is located in the Paulista region with a 7,948 sq. meters of private area.

The first stage began in december 2021 and included a complete renovation of the entrance hall, basement, and outdoor area. The process also included the installation of new turnstiles for access to the elevators.

The retrofit of the hall and basement have already been completed. However, the process of the outer part is scheduled for this month. After the delivery of the first stage, RBR's management team (asset manager) noticed a greater demand from potential tenants in search of our vacant sets, which is reflected in the very low vacancy of the building.

After completing the complete retrofit, RBR expects the asset leasing process to be increasingly accelerated.
