This addition will contribute to the extensive office space inventory in São Paulo, which currently stands at 7 million square meters. However, one project stands out in this scenario—a development by EZTEC that is characterized as a large business complex.

Future Developments
Looking ahead to 2030, the WT Brooklin office complex by WTorre will feature two towers totaling 21,000 m² in the Chucri Zaidan region. Another development for the next decade includes two towers in Ebpark, a business complex, in Barra Funda region, that already has one tower, event spaces, shops, and warehouses.
