The 19-story A + class development in São Paulo, at the Chucri Zaidan region. RM Square operates in its full capacity with tenants such as Eurofarma, Leroy Merlin, and Banco Luso Brasileiro.
The transaction has a value of R$20,922,888.00 million and is part of the fund’s alignment in investing in high-standard properties.
