In the document, the companies inform that the Plural Renda Urbana Investment Fund has completed the acquisition of the Península Open Mall located in the planned lavish neighborhood of Barra da Tijuca, in Rio de Janeiro.

The project has 48 stores and a planned mix that serves the essential retail, services, and gastronomy segments.

It was acquired for R$48,841,717.00.
