02/19/2021 RBR LOG informed the market on the last 9th that it celebrated the purchase and sale commitment through a relevant fact. It has concluded the acquisition of 100% of the KSM LOG project in Extrema, Minas Gerais.
The acquired industrial property is classified as high standard and is currently 100% occupied by tenants such as DHL, FedEx, ID Logistic (Nivea) and Vulcabras Azaleia.
The transaction amounted to R$237,496,094,41.
