FIIs market gains new investors and nears 2 million

In September, the real estate fund market gained more than 73 thousand new investors. This is the highest number of new shareholders registered in a single month this year. In addition, the number of investors is approaching the 2 million mark, according to a report released by B3.

Real Estate Investment Funds, or FIIs, are real estate-based investment funds for those new to the market. The assets of a real estate fund can be composed of commercial, residential, rural or urban properties, built or under construction, for later sale, lease or lease. Also, according to B3 data, there are a total of 1.903 million individual investors in FIIs.

FIIs are traded through shares that investors acquire. The shares represent a fraction of the property and return the profit related to the rent to the investor.
