Fulwood starts the construction of new development in São Paulo

This week, Fulwood’s CEO, Gilson Schilis, announced the start of the construction of the high-end logistics condominium Castelo 57, Business Park, at km 57 of the Castello Branco Highway, near the Outlet Catarina and 60 km from the city of São Paulo.
The project will have the complete infrastructure, a ceiling height of 12m and floor capacity of 6 ton/m². It will invest R$200 million in the region, and it’s expected it to be completed in the next 12 months.
