G2L, Gerdau's commitment to the logistics business

Strategy foresees more than doubling the size of the company by 2025, seeking new customers and with acquisitions that generate synergies to the business

One of Gerdau Next's business arms, G2L, a platform operating in logistics, has plans to position itself as one of the major operators in this sector. Created by an internal department at Gerdau, it took on a life of its own in 2018 with its headquarter in Barueri, Greater São Paulo.

A future business division of the Rio Grande do Sul steelworks group, Gerdau Next brings together activities outside of steel production. The portfolio includes logistics, foundations for civil works, modular construction in metal profiles, graphene and online trade-in building materials.
