Gafisa acquires Hotel Fasano Itaim from Even
Gafisa is the buyer, according to sources, of Hotel Fasano Itaim and 32 studios of the very high-end real estate development Condomínio Pedroso Alvarenga, under development by Even Construtora e Incorporadora, in the Itaim Bibi area, south of the city of São Paulo. Sold for R$310 million, of which R$280 million refer to the hotel and the rest to studios.
When asked about it, Gafisa did not respond. "Even" granted an interview, but limited itself to information on the relevant fact, released this week, without informing the name of the hotel buyer.
