FII Tellus Properties informed the market through a Material Fact this Wednesday that it had entered into a lease agreement between the fund and Gafisa.
The document informs that a set was leased in the Condomínio Edifício São Luiz for a period of 5 years.
According to data from the 2nd quarter of the SiiLA Brazil platform, the project is located at the JK region in São Paulo.
