GGRC11 signed this week a purchase and sale agreement with Fulwood for part of the Pouso Alegre Business Park, which is still under construction. The expansion of the asset, located in Minas Gerais, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027, and the portion acquired corresponds to four modules of warehouse 2.

The transaction was valued at R$96.4 million, to be paid through the offsetting of credits for fund shares to Fulwood. After the required precedent conditions are met, the contract is expected to be closed as early as next Monday, June 29.
