The manager GTIS Partners acquired four high-end warehouses for R$ 1.37 billion through its logistics fund - R$ 717.3 million - and real estate receivables certificates (CRIs) - R$ 655.5 million. The assets belonged to two other funds managed by GTIS in the disinvestment phase. The operation included the Embu Logistics Center - CLE, the Distribution Center Barueri - DCB, the Distribution Center Cajamar - DCC and the Distribution Center Rodoanel - DCR.

The average lease of the developments is 89%, and 71% of the tenants are in the “e-commerce” segment. All warehouses are located less than 30 kilometres from the capital of São Paulo, the most valued region in the segment.
