Both towers went through a retrofit renovation by the company Liderativa Engenharia e Gestão, completed in May this year. The project included the retrofit of all the facades, the ground floors, and the viewpoint of the North Tower.
The biggest highlight of this retrofit is the facades of the two towers. Anyone passing in front of the CEMG can see the mirrors that run through the entire building. In addition, lifts, air conditioning system, and generators, among other elements, underwent a modernization process.
According to Bruno Gianchini, the engineer responsible for the retrofit, the building has already experienced an appreciation of approximately 50% in lease and 100% in purchase and sale values.
Today the asset is also undergoing construction work inside the parking lot. In addition to the objective of bringing more modernization to the area, the space will have spaces for electric cars with charging points.
