The new region of corporate buildings in São Paulo

Valor Econômico published a survey by SiiLA that indicates Rebouças as the new region for corporate buildings in the city. The report reported that this year more than 18,500 sq metres of new offices would be delivered at Avenida Rebouças, representing approximately one-fifth of the total expected for the key corporate regions of the capital, based on data provided by SiiLA.
In the report, Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, analyzes that many companies looking for high-end spaces opt for projects in Chucri Zaidan or Chácara Santo Antônio region. Nevertheless, they may opt for Rebouças in the future, thus becoming more part of the I would do Lima.
So far, the projects with the delivery scheduled this year, Oscar Freire Offices and JFL Rebouças, don't have any tenants.
