Newport Real Estate acquires a warehouse in Sorocaba Business Park

On Friday (18) Newport Real Estate Gestão Imobiliária and Banco Genial informed through a Material Fact the signature of a Public Deed of Purchase and Sale. The property is located in the Sorocaba Business Park logistics condominium in Sorocaba, Sao Paulo.
The Class A development has 20 modules divided into three blocks, and the Fund acquired 100% of Galpão A12.
The logistical condominium also rents to Huawei Brasil, Panalpina, Mabel Imported and Mercado Livre.
