Osasco Logistics Park gets a new tenant
- With the entry of the new tenant, the development has now reached 100% of capacity.
On May 21, 2021, the Vinci Real Estate Fund signed a lease agreement with Mercado Favo, from the online supermarket sector, to use the G5 warehouse at Parque Logístico Osasco.
Parque Logístico Osasco, a high-end development located in the Barueri region, has a total area of 31,564 square meters, including tenants such as Next Logistics, Track and Field, and Rossi Supermercados. With the entry of the new tenant, the development has now reached 100% of capacity.
According to Relevant Fact disclosed on August 1st, 2020, the Fund acquired the 80% pro-rata share of the Asset, which corresponds to 25,788 square meters of gross leasable area ("Own GLA"). The property is located 1.3 km from the Raposo Tavares Highway, in the municipality of Osasco, in the state of São Paulo, and is considered a last-mile logistics property due to its proximity to the city of São Paulo.
