Patria Investimentos has announced the acquisition of three industrial properties in the São Paulo metropolitan area. The assets, owned by Cy.Capital, will be added to the portfolio of HGLG11, the manager’s logistics real estate investment fund.

The Cy.log Embu property counts Total Química as one of its main tenants, occupying 12,700 sqm, alongside King Star, Femsa, Inoar, and Cubbo Logística. Cy.log São Paulo is fully leased to Mira Transportes. Meanwhile, Cy.log Guarulhos – phase 2, delivered in December 2024, is leased to Tecfil, which occupies 28,400 sqm of its 105,400 sqm of GLA.
