With a R$264 million debt, Editora Três put a print house warehouse for an auction
- Industry sources believe that the unit should have a lot of demand.

12/08/2021 Editora Três, which publishes the magazines IstoÉ, IstoÉ Dinheiro, Dinheiro Rural and the websites Menu, Planeta and IstoÉ Gente, will auction off the industrial warehouse of its former printing company, in the city of Cajamar (SP). The property has 129.7 thousand square meters for a minimum bid of R$ 40.4 million.
Industry sources believe that the unit should have a lot of demand, as it is in a region that is highly sought after by retailers and e-commerce distribution centres. The event is scheduled for the 13th and will be held by Megaleilões.
