In a Relevant Fact published this Thursday (15th), FII RBR Properties announced the acquisition of complex no. 143 of the Centro Empresarial Mário Garnero Condominium – Torre Sul.

For this acquisition, the Fund disbursed in cash the amount of R$2,475,393.70. With this, the Fund will increase its participation in the Centro Empresarial Mário Garnero – Torre Sul Condominium to 18.5%.

According to data for the 2nd quarter of 2021 from SiiLA Brasil, a research platform for the commercial real estate market, the class B development around the Faria Lima in São Paulo. It currently accommodates the companies Prime Informática, Almeida Advogados, Qualinvest, Brasilinvest, Hiring, among others.
