São Carlos Empreendimentos informed the market this Wednesday (01), of the acquisition of the Henrique Waskman Building - CESP, also known as the Alameda Santos Building.
The office building, which will undergo a retrofit, is fully occupied and is located on Alameda Santos, in the Jardins region.
The transaction value is R$46.8 million in a partial sale & leaseback operation.
With this acquisition, the company now has 123 properties in its portfolio.
